\u201cThe circular fluorescent light in the bathroom keeps flashing and does not turn on.”<\/em><\/p>\n

“From time to time, the light flashes a bit even after the tube was replaced.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

In these cases, there might be a problem with the glow lamp.<\/p>\n
