Sample Utility Bills and Statements in Nagoya

                                                                                         Photo: H&R Group Did you get something in the mail, but are not sure what it is?  Perhaps we can take the mystery out of it for you! We put together some samples of commonly received bills and usage statements you are likely to receive while living in Nagoya. In general, you will receive a statement first, and about two weeks later you will receive the bill. Generally, you can tell a bill from a statement by looking for the barcode. If you see it, that is very likely a bill. Once you receive the bill, you can take it to the nearest convenience store and make the payment. There is no action required if you receive a usage statement. Please note that setting up an auto payment for a utility or service will take a few months until automatic deductions start, and until then you will receive bills that must be paid manually.  Chubu Electric…
